Little Wanganui
Little Wanganui is a beach break on a golden sand beach, with a river mouth at the southern end of the beach. You can surf anywhere along this section of coastline, there are lots of peaks to choose from scattered down the beach, offering both left and right handers. The wave has a punchy drop with good wally rides, and often gets a hollow shorey. Best for intermediate to expert surfers.
