Te Paki is a beach break on a sandy beach, located on the west coast of North Cape. There are several peaks to choose from along the beach with both right and left handers. Can get heaps of swell. The wave is punchy and fun. Good for all levels of surfer.

Te Paki is located on the west coast of North Cape, New Zealand.
From Kaitaia travel north on State Highway 1, all the way to Te paki. At Te Paki turn left onto Te Paki Stream Road, and take this is far as you can. From here its a walk down to the beach where you will find a river mouth with huge sand dunes.
Alternatively you can drive out to The Bluff, onto Ninety Mile Beach and drive up the beach to Te Paki, where the stream comes out, can be dangerous and tidal.
